STAY IN GOOD STANDING


To stay in good standing with the Inspiration Metropolitan District ("District"), ensuring ongoing access to all that Inspiration has to offer, including amenities, programs and events, it is important for homeowners to pay quarterly operating fees.

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month – January, April, July and October. 
A $25.00 late fee plus interest is assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month.

Please note: Effective January 1, 2019 there is a $36/quarter increase for the Inspiration Metropolitan District as a result of two budget workshops which all residents are encouraged to attend.

    • Direct debit

      Complete the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Direct Debit Form and mail it - or email it to accounting@dmbcommunitylife.com - with a voided check to the Inspiration Metro District: 4236 N Verrado Way, Suite A-201, Buckeye, AZ 85396. Enrollment forms received by the District will be established for automatic withdraw the following quarter. Upon enrollment, assessments will be automatically debited between the 5th and the 7th of each month - January, April, July and October. 

      Please note: the Unit ID is your account number.

      Set up automated quarterly payments from your bank account. You will need your account number (found on your statement); you will also need the District lockbox address: PO Box 64685 Phoenix, AZ 85082. To avoid late charges, Auto Bill Pay funds must be posted to your account by the 10th of the month - January, April, July and October. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

      Please note: If you are set up for direct debit and your assessment has changed, the new amount will automatically be deducted from your account.

      Authorize a one-time payment from your credit card or checking account. Debit and credit card payments will incur a $14.95 processing fee. You will be routed to a third party website, Mutual of Omaha Bank and select "Pay Now".

      For recurring payments, you will be required to create a new account and to complete the online form. Please include your account number with payment. Management Company ID: 1110 / Association ID: 3804. American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted. 

      Please note: If you elect recurring payments and your assessment changes, you must also update Mutual of Omaha Bank. DMB Community Life and Mutual of Omaha Bank are unrelated companies and do not share personal and financial information.

      If you're a first-time user, email your registration quest with account number to accounting@dmbcommunitylife.com.

      Assessment can be paid from this website by selecting the “e-Payment” tab once logged in. Set up ACH auto-debit of your assessments by clicking the green plus sign or select “credit pay” or “check pay” to be redirected to the Mutual of Omaha Banking site where you will be able to schedule payment by following the directions on the screen.

      View/email your detailed account statements online 24/7. You can also sign up to receive electronic monthly statements. Please note, you will be routed to a third party website, Webview. If you're a first-time user, select “New user? Register now.” You will need the online enrollment number on the bottom, left corner of your statement to complete the enrollment process.
