Your Board of Directors has hired CCMC to manage the daily administration and operations of your association and metropolitan district. CCMC is responsible for:
Quarterly Assessments: $288/quarter for 2019
: Maintaining all common areas and district amenities (Inspiration Club, Multi-Sport & In-Line Hockey Courts, Playground, Soccer Field, and Tennis Courts)
: Processing architectural modification requests: Enforcing community standards, guidelines and policies
: District assessments: Preparing district financial statements
: Providing an operating budget to the district accountant
: Community events, activities, and club facilitator

Association (Hilltop Club)
Association Fees: $216/quarter for 2019
: Maintaining Hilltop Club amenities including Café, library, multi-purpose rooms, fitness facilities, pool and tennis courts
: Maintaining the financial records of the association
: Assisting the Board of Directors in preparing the budget
: Lifestyle services, clubs, fitness, rentals, events and programs

Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling is part of your district assessment fees. To request your trash and recycling containers, please click here.
You will receive your carts within 7 days of move in or request after move-in
Please have your trash/recycling out by 7:00 AM for each service day. Due to concerns for wildlife and community cleanliness, trash and recycling is required to be in the carts. The only exceptions are during the first month of move-in (please break down & bundle all cardboard) and the request of a bulky item pick-up.Sorry, no personal containers. For bulky item pick-up or additional carts, please contact customer service at 303-791-3827, they will arrange to receive your direct payment. Trash service occurs on every Thursday and recycling occurs every other Thursday. You may reference the District Calendar to view the recycle weeks. Mail Box Key
To pick up your mailbox key, bring your photo identification and deed to the US Post Office, located at 18555 E Smoky Hill Road, Centennial, CO 80015.
Bring your photo identification, deed and completed District & Association paperwork to the 20 Mile House during management business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to receive your key fobs for the Hilltop Club and Inspiration Club. Your key fob will get you into the 20 Mile House, 20 Mile House fitness room, 20 Mile House pool and Inspiration Club.
The Hilltop Club, exclusively for Hilltop 55+, is open 8:00 AM—6:00 PM, Monday—Friday and 10:00 AM—6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday. You will be able to access the fitness rooms 5:00 AM—9:00 PM (7 days/week) with your key fob. The pool and hot tub are open Saturday, May 25—Monday, September 2, 2019.

You will be able to access the Hilltop Club fitness rooms, Hilltop Club pool and Inspiration Club with your key fob. Complete the District and Association paperwork and return to management at the Hilltop Club or to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your key fob.
The Inspiration Club is located at 23392 E. Glidden Drive, Aurora, CO 80016. The all ages pool is open Saturday, May 25—Sunday, September 29, 2019 from sunrise to sunset. Your key fob that you receive for the Hilltop Club will also be the same key fob you will use for the Inspiration Club. The Inspiration Club is the hub of activity at Inspiration. Feel the energy and connect with the community at the pool and kids' splash zone, pavilion with fire pit and BBQ and playground. We also have a large event lawn for outdoor concerts, celebrations and just about anything else you (or our Lifestyle Director) can think of.

Assessments & Fees
Assessments are due on the first day of each of the following months: January, April, July and October
District Operation Fee (1CB): $288.00/quarter payable to the Inspiration Metropolitan District
Association Assessment (1CL): $216.00/quarter payable to the Inspiration Community Association
Paper delivery is the default statement delivery method. You will receive a paper statement at your billing address unless you opt-in for eStatements as outlined below. No action on your part is required if you prefer paper delivery.
You may choose to have your assessment billing statement delivered to you via email instead of the default option of paper delivery. You may sign up for eStatement assessment billing here. To sign up, you will need your account number and street number. Electing to have your statement delivered electronically does not change any established payment method you have in place. To obtain your account number, please call our office at 866-244-2262.
Architectural Modifications and Requests
These Residential Improvement Guidelines are intended to assist homeowners living in the Inspiration Colorado community in implementing landscaping and other home improvements to their property. The Covenants and Restrictions of Inspiration recorded with the Douglas County Clerk and Recorded on April 11, 2007 at reception number 2007028666, (Covenants) as amended,requires prior approval from the Board of Directors before the construction,installation, erection, or alteration of any structure, attachment to any structure, or landscaping of any lot in the Inspiration Metropolitan District shall be made. For instance, any change to existing landscaping, new landscaping, or change to the final grade of property; the construction or installation of any accessory building, patio, deck, pool, or hot tub; the demolition or removal of any building or other improvement including changing paint colors must be submitted for prior approval. In order to assist homeowners, the District Board of Directors or a committee or representative appointed by the District Board (Architectural Review Committee or Committee) intends to establish certain pre- approved designs for several types of improvements and to exempt certain improvements from the requirement for approval. This booklet contains the guidelines established by the Board of Directors with respect to residential property.
